Cancellation Policy

Appointments made by clients need to have a card on file to permit access to this feature of self booking. Appointments booked via Clients can be be denied at anytime. Rescheduling Sessions should only be done in case of emergency. There is a limit of 2 rescheduling per month. Be advised there are 2 locations. Make sure your sessions is inputed on the booking service.
