Upgrades from the last challenge. 

1. All Meals and workouts will be available the night/day before the workout needs to be completed

2. Grocery List will be provided on Fridays so meal preps can be done earlier in the week 

3. Advanced Particiapants will have access to video demo of exercises. 

4. Cardio Routines will be added to your program 

5. There will be social media group to enhanced accessability to workouts and demos, such as Q/A, and Lives
